I am the Founder and CEO of BrightUp, a company committed to helping individuals grow their wealth, self-worth, and well-being. My mission is to empower people with the knowledge and tools to make financial decisions that elevate their lives and create lasting impact.

For two decades, I honed my expertise at Wellington Management, a trillion-dollar global investment firm, where I served as Senior Vice President, Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Investment Strategist. I managed billions in assets and led strategic initiatives to navigate market shifts and unlock long-term value.

Today, I bring that experience to the boardrooms of DraftKings, Eaton Vance, Envestnet, and Caribou, while also advising New York State’s Common Retirement Pension Fund and New Profit, a philanthropic venture firm. Passionate about leadership and social impact, I am a founding member of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay Tiffany Circle Society of Women Leaders. I hold a B.A. in History from Duke University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.

My purpose is clear: to inspire and equip people to build wealth in every sense of the word—financially, personally, and socially—so they can live with meaning, contribute boldly, and create a legacy of prosperity.
